A-12 #06924 is the first Blackbird built. First flown on 26 April 1962 by Lou Schalk, this A-12 is now on display next to SR-71A #17973 at the Blackbird Airpark in Palmdale, CA. This A-12 has 418.2 flight hours. These photos were taken on 9 July 2004.
